- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We found this wonderful restaurant,The Cherwell Boathouse and Punt Hire,Oxford,by accident. We spend a great afternoon at the beautiful riverside terrace and enjoyed an alfresco lunch.There were punts and rowing boats for hire and after the delicious lunch,we decided to give it a try.It was a truly idyllic pleasure,sailing leisurely upstream and admiring the wildlife.Good food,beautiful setting,friendly service and a wonderful time spent on the river.By Admin, September 11, 2017
